Safety and Quality on Every CoatEXX Site
We operate factories, cleanrooms and warehouses. Our team adheres to the safety regulations of the site and performs quality checks to help ensure that each flooring system will be able to comply with the requirements specified.
Site Safety
Safe people. Safe sites.
Care must be taken with handling and processing of resins, grinding equipment and work at height. Our staff is trained on safety measures to ensure the protection of our employees, clients, equipment and the work area.
- Safety Briefings: Conducted prior to the start of work to discuss the potential hazards, site rules and emergency exits.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Workers are wearing appropriate helmets, high-visibility vests, safety shoes, gloves and eye protection. In food processing and the pharmaceutical industry, other hygiene needs are adhered to.
- Working at Height: Suitable mobile scaffold towers with guardrails and secured wheels are used for wall and ceiling work.
- Controlled Work Areas: Barriers, warning signs and protective masking help to keep people, equipment and finished surfaces protected.
- Ventilation / Material Handling: Product instructions and safety data sheets are maintained. Resins are blended in specific areas and waste is disposed of as per site needs.
- Client Safety Procedures: Our team performs according to the client's permit to work, hot-work and site access procedures.
